Diana Di Beauty provides clients with the opportunity to enjoy a range of premium beauty therapy treatments in the comfort of their own home.Our website provides the technology through which we connect clients seeking therapist services and the therapists.We also ensure that all our therapists are qualified, hold DBS certificate and are fully insured.By booking therapist services through the website you are entering into a contract with the relevant therapist for the provision of those services.

Eligibility

The website Diana Di Beauty is intended solely for persons who are aged 18years old or over. Any access to or use of the website services by anyone under 18years old is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the website services you represent and warrant that you are 18years old or over.

Cancellation & Re booking

We understand that because of unexpected circumstances you may need to cancel your appointment. You can cancel your appointment at no cost 48h before your booking. If you cancel your booking in less than 48h before booking, you will be charged 25% of the cost of the treatment. We accept that you may need to change your booking dates arranged on reasonable notice being not less than 48hours from the date of your treatment .We will allow you, without charge, to re-book your appointments no longer than 2 months from the original booked dates.

You accept and understand that any late booking cancellations for your treatment create a financial loss for us, so accordingly you agree to pay 25% of the price if you cancel a booking for a treatment less than 48hours of the booked date for the treatments.
Booking Process

Through the website, clients may book various therapist services at a time of their choosing. To make a booking you should follow the instructions on the website and provide the correct information. We accept bookings on the same day,which are made at least 12h prior to booking.We are using reasonable efforts to run our daily appointments on time. If in the unlikely event we can not find a therapist for the specific time slot, we will contact you to find an alternative time.Once a booking has been confirmed, you will be required to make payment of the client charge through the site’s payment system.

You accept and understand that the precise booking times may slip and you excuse and release us from any liability for such slippage within any particular working day. You agree to release us from any liability for any cancellation by us which is notified to you more than 24 hours before any date booked for treatment.You agree that bookings made in less than 12hours on the same day,will not be acceptable.

You accept and understand that because of the driving distance to your home we shall not be responsible for delays and non-performance ,which is due to any unexpected and non controlled reasons including inclement weather, fire, flood, industrial action, explosions, government regulations and orders.

Payment terms

In respect of each booking, clients shall be required to pay the full amount of the booking, once the booking has been confirmed.The applicable fees payable and method of payment shall be notified to you at the time of booking. We will accept a payment of the price for the services via bank transfer, Debit or Credit cards. We will not accept cheques.

You accept and agree that if the payment of the price is not made in accordance with the instructions in the website, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking for your treatments without penalty. If you are not giving complete or wrong personal information(names, phone number, address, e-mail) in terms of the booking, we will not be able to proceed with the booking, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking for your treatments without penalty.

We agree to provide the services through our technicians using the standard of care and only to use materials and products sourced in the United Kingdom,Europe or USA which, at the time of your treatment, comply fully with all applicable legal regulations within the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Appropriateness of Therapist Services

The therapists are not healthcare providers and also they do not provide any medical advice or medical treatments.All the clients are fully responsible for ensuring the therapist services they choose to book are appropriate for them. The client should make the therapist aware of any pre-existing medical condition (whether physical or mental) prior to commencement of any session and which is relevant to performance of the treatments you have requested. The client will be asked by their therapist to complete a consent and disclaimer form for each treatment they receive.Photos will be taken before and after treatment.It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information you provide in response to the consultation is complete, accurate and up to date. If you have any doubt at all about whether a particular therapist service is appropriate for you, you should discuss this with your therapist and consult with a qualified medical practitioner before you proceed.
Client Conduct

We request that you treat the therapists with courtesy and respect and that you provide them with a safe, clean and appropriate location to perform the therapist services. Therapists shall be entitled to refuse to perform therapist services if you have not provided a safe, clean and appropriate location for them or you behave towards them in a manner which is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
Dispute resolutions

If you have any cause to complain about any of our technicians and your complaint in any way relates to the services then you agree in the first instance to put your complaint in writing to ‘Diana Di Beauty’ using the info@dianadbeauty.co.uk email address.Not to publish (or cause the publication of) your complaint any more widely whether orally to third persons, in writing to third persons or to the world at large through the use of the internet.We will investigate your complaint and give our considered response to it within 21 days of your complaint being received. If you accept any settlement outcome offered by us in our written response to your complaint, then that settlement outcome will be implemented in full and final settlement and the terms of settlement shall remain private and confidential between the parties (or any legal advisors if applicable).

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is very important to us. All personal and other information we collect from you through the website shall be collected and processed carefully by UK Data Protection Act2018(DPA ACT).
